Questions
Can owners pick the size of their dog?
Set up a service for each size or coat (Full Groom, small dog; Full Groom, large dog) with its own time and price, and owners choose the right one.
Can I keep details about each dog?
Yes, in the private notes on each customer. There isn't a separate profile per dog yet, so owners with two dogs share one set of notes.
Do owners pay online?
Not at the moment. They pay you at the groom, and we take no commission.
What does it cost?
Basic is £15 a month: your booking page, diary, and email confirmations and reminders, for up to 6 team members. Pro is £25 a month and adds booking and reminder texts, with 100 a month included (then 6p each), for up to 10. Extra team members are £3 a month each. No commission on bookings.
